We collect the data you voluntarily provide: (a) in the contact form and booking calendar: name, email, phone, consultation topic and your message; (b) in the chatbot: the conversation's content and, if you authorize it, your name, phone and topic so we can contact you; (c) analytics cookies with anonymized IP, only if you accept them.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data exclusively to: respond to your request, book and confirm appointments, follow up on your procedure and improve our service. The chatbot is used for informational and orientation purposes only, never for legal advice on specific cases.

4. Legal framework

This processing complies with Law 8968, the Law on the Protection of the Person Regarding the Processing of Personal Data, and its Regulation. The legal basis is your express consent, given by checking the corresponding box on each form, and the legitimate use necessary to provide the legal service you request.

5. Recipients and third parties

We do not sell or transfer your data. To operate the site we use providers acting under our instructions: the chatbot's language model provider (the conversation is processed on a secure server, without exposing the API key), the booking platform, Netlify (forms and hosting) and Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP, active only after your consent.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and meet the attorney's legal and ethical obligations, and thereafter for the applicable limitation period. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights (ARCO-P)

Under Law 8968, you have rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability over your personal data. To exercise them, write to the contact email shown on this site with the subject "Personal data", and we will verify your identity and handle your request as required by law.

8. Security and chatbot

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The chatbot conversation is processed through a server-side function that calls the language model without exposing keys in your browser. Remember: the chatbot is an informational assistant and does not replace advice from an attorney.

9. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
